110 Garfield Ave, EAU CLAIRE Wisconsin 54701

REPORT: On Sunday, August 5, after worship, the Education Ministry hosted a panel of women — Audrey Jaenke, Elecia Oleson, Grace Johnson, Jodi Barnes, Rachel Keniston, and Sally Gavin — who shared their responses to the ELCA draft social statement on “Women and Justice.”

“What a pleasure to listen to each person’s carefully prepared ideas and stories from their own lives about the role of women in the church, and thoughtful commentary about patriarchy. Audience responses contributed meaningfully to the conversation, which I hope will continue as time goes on!” says Sara Bryan, who was sitting in the front row.
